| A number of different solutions for bug tracking and issue management exist. This diversity of often incompatible systems and approaches impedes the harmonization of development processes across projects and organizations as well as the seamless integration of bug tracking and issue management in development, testing and project management. In order to close the gap we provide a unified API to various bug tracking and issue management systems. The API is available as open-source from www.bugclipse.org. It has been integrated in several tool prototypes and commercial applications. |
