Competence Areas
The portfolio of Software Competence Center Hagenberg (SCCH) reflects three Areas:
- Software Engineering and Technology
- Database Technology
- Knowledge-Based Technology
SCCH’s clear focus has been a significant result of its scientific evolution and formation over the past years as a fitting response to technological trends on the one hand and the requirements and wishes of its partner companies on the other hand. These three Areas, which are subdivided into eight central research emphases, reflect key topics in the IT branch. Integration and consolidation of these emphases is a priority and a unique strength of SCCH.
In the coming years SCCH will meet the challenge of continuing to develop and extend its competence Areas and of embedding its R&D in a wider national und international context.
