Software for production

IT is key technology in digital change

In the "Smart Factory" of the future, whole production plants, different components and even finished products act and communicate autonomously. The intelligent factory automatically adjusts itself to different situations and conditions. This enables the flexible and highly economical production of highly individualized products in small quantities. The Software Research Day on May 9, made this clear.

SCCH shows virtual welding glasses

At the largest industrial fair

The Software Competence Center Hagenberg was represented at the Hannover Fair for Industry (HMI) at the joint stand of Upper Austrian Research (UAR). A broad spectrum of Upper Austrian research competence was shown. SCCH showed the contribution of software to industry 4.0.
