Abstract | To remain competitive on the market it is increasingly necessary to make business decisions ever faster. As work is becoming more flexible and mobile this implies that required information is accessible from everywhere at anytime in order to perform business transactions as easy as possible. We summarize these goals with the term ubiquitous business as the vision of staying in touch with everyone and everything from wherever you are - a ubiquitous information access. This paper describes what we see as building blocks of ubiquitous business. In particular we point out the great importance of natural interfaces for achieving the vision of a ubiquitous information access. |
