Abstract | We present here some features of VirtMould, a software developed at Software Competence Center Hagenberg (SCCH) dedicated to modeling and simulation of complex, multi-domain mechatronic systems. The software includes a compiler for a subset of the modeling language Modelica. The description of mechatronic systems is done componentwise. VirtMould produces software modules that contain the models together with numerical solvers. These modules can be linked to any tool for visualization or process simulation. |
