The ontology consists of two parts and contains the overall meta-model of BPMN 2.0 in the basis ontology as well as all textual described rules in an enlargement. A big advantage is the general view of inherited restrictions. Additionally the ontology could be used for the inspection of the syntactic correctness of specific BPMN models.
