Abstract

Based on multi-omics- and imaging data, we developed a 30-biomarker panel. Multi-dimensional image analysis followed by our Deep Learning based processing pipeline shows that the detection of DTC heterogeneity, classification of tumor- and non-tumor cells as well as hematopoietic subsets is feasible.
